Our church is currently led by a “Priest-in-Charge” rather than a “Rector”. This is because the Newport Deanery (of which Olney is a part) is being reorganised and the parish will at some point in the next couple of years become part of a new Benefice of Ouse Valley North. At the moment we have a vacancy for our Priest-in-Charge, and we hope that a new person will join our team in 2025.

We currently have a Curate as part of the clergy team, and our regular clergy are supported by retired priests, Licensed Lay Ministers (LLMs, also known as Readers) and Authorised Preachers.

Our Leadership Team includes our Churchwardens, Secretary, Treasurer and Parochial Church Council (PCC) members. We also have a Parish Safeguarding Officer and a part-time Office Administrator.
