You are warmly invited to join our Spiritual Mindfulness Sessions — a peaceful space inspired by a Christian perspective, while open to all who are curious, seeking, or simply in need of stillness.
Sessions are standalone ones, so you do not need to commit to the whole six weeks and can come along to as many sessions as you wish.

What is Spiritual Mindfulness?
Spiritual mindfulness is the practice of becoming present — quieting the mind, opening the heart, and becoming aware of a deeper presence, inner stillness, or sense of the sacred within and around us. It helps us move from busyness into being, from stress into peace.
