Every six years the Electoral Roll of all Church of England churches has to be completely revised, and we are revising our roll this year. This means that even if you have been on the Electoral Roll in the past you will need to reapply in order to vote at the annual church meetings, and have a say in how the church is run.
You can apply to be on the roll:
- If you live in the parish and profess to be a member of the Church of England; or
- If you have attended worship at St Peter and St Paul regularly for a period of six months or more; or
- If you would have attended worship but have been prevented from doing so by illness, incapacity or other valid cause.
You can download a pdf copy of the form and the accompanying notes using the links below. If you would like to apply to be on the new roll, please print the form, complete and sign it.
You can scan your completed form and email a copy to us using the link below. Alternatively you can hand it to a member of the clergy at a church service, or post it to the office. You should get a reply within a few days to confirm that you’ve been added to the roll – if you don’t hear, please get in touch.
We need to receive forms by Sunday 20th April to ensure they are included in our new Electoral Roll
